Hi, I’m Myf Galloway - a life & performance coach who helps people turn their dreams into tangible reality.

I absolutely love a challenge, in fact, I actively seek them out! No stranger to elite physical performance, I’ve competed as a professional road cyclist and national level olympic weightlifter.

Outside of the sporting arena, I went from working 4 jobs to pay rent to now working in an industry that I love, that acknowledges my value, and that has enabled me to own my own home. I’ve gone from feeling like I was flawed and therefore unworthy of love to being engaged to the love of my life.
